GROUP PRICING & INCLUSIONSAll tours are subject to the specific inclusions and exclusions as explicitly outlined in your final tour itinerary. Tour prices are all-inclusive (except for airline baggage fees and as stipulated in tour itinerary) and based on a minimum thirty-five (35) full-paying Participants, unless otherwise stated in the registration information. Prices are guaranteed by Integrity Tours for groups meeting the minimum number of fully-paid Participants stated in the registration information, with the exception of price increases passed on from third-party suppliers prior to the tour, which will be charged to the Participant.  All Participants are covered with limited accidental medical and dental insurance while on tour, and claims over those limits are the responsibility of the individual family affected, including hospitalization and accommodations.

OCCUPANCY RATESUpon registration, minors (under age 21) are automatically registered and priced on the quad occupancy rate by default (minimum 4 per room). Adults (21 and older) are registered and priced at double occupancy by default, unless otherwise noted in their registration information. When appropriate, Parents/Guardians and children requesting to share a room MUST 1) approve the request with the group leader, and 2) choose the appropriate occupancy rate when registering for the tour. Integrity Tours makes all reasonable efforts to accommodate occupancy requests. Integrity Tours and our hotel partners prohibit minors (under age 21) from rooming alone.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Integrity Tours and its Representatives cannot be responsible for directly accommodating any food allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, and cannot be responsible for any issues or problems associated with the same. All scenarios and special dietary requests regarding food and drink, including allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, are the sole responsibility of the Participant. While most meal establishments can offer general options, Integrity Tours cannot guarantee that options will be available. Please check with your account manager for specific restaurant information to make personal arrangements in advance, if needed.

PRICE AND RATE CHANGES:  The price of your tour will be based on known costs at the date the tour was introduced.  All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time.   Prices include a cost for fuel and local taxes that are estimated at the date of this publication.  At the time of booking confirmation, we will send you a detailed receipt reflecting your upcoming payment obligations and your account information.

We reserve the right to add a supplement to your travel prices should our costs of supplying your travel increase, until we receive your final payment.  Any increase to your travel price will be as the result of changes in our costs of supplying your travel resulting from transportation charges, (fuel, airport charges, scheduled air fares and other transport charges which form part of our contract with the transport provider), dues or taxes payable locally, currency fluctuations and government action, any other airline surcharges, taxes or fees payable for services. If our costs to supply your travel increase, we reserve the right to increase the price of your travel and will forward a new Invoice reflecting any changes made. After final payment your price is locked in.

COST OF THE TCPPThis program is an additional fee to the tour price and is only an option available upon initial registration. Online registrants will have the choice to pick the package that includes or does not include the TCPP.  Participants mailing in their registrations can opt in or out of the TCPP when completing the registration form.  Should you change your mind about participation in the TCPP after registration, you have thirty (30) days from the date your registration is received by Integrity Tours to opt in or opt out before your decision becomes final. Based upon the price of your tour, the TCPP cost is calculated as follows: if the trip price is less than $500, the program fee is $99; if the trip price is between $500-$799, the program fee is $119; if the trip price is between $800-$1,199, the program fee is $159; if the trip price is between $1,200-$1,499, the program fee is $199; if the trip price is between $1,500-$1,799, the program fee is $249; if the trip price is between $1,800-$2,099, the program fee is $279; if the trip price is between $2,100-$2,399, the program fee is $319; if the trip price is $2,400-$2699, the program fee is $339; if the price is $2700-$2999, the program fee is $369; if the trip price is $3000 or above, the program fee is $379 .  The non-refundable deposit, merchandise fees, handling and processing fees, and NSF fees are non-refundable and are not subject to any TCPP refund.  (TCPP prices last updated on 4/27/2026 and only apply to new registrants beginning 4/27/2026)
