The AutoBill option is easiest and only available when registering online, with equal monthly payments automatically being debited from your account with no fees (ACH or eCheck payments only); or mail in your registration and pay in full. Group Pricing & Inclusions: Trip prices are all-inclusive (except for airline baggage fees) and based on a minimum 35 full-paying participants, unless otherwise stated in the registration information. Prices are guaranteed by Integrity Tours for groups meeting the minimum number of fully-paid participants stated in the registration information, with the exception of price increases passed on from third-party suppliers prior to the tour, which will be charged to the participant. All participants are covered with limited accidental medical and dental insurance while on tour, and claims over those limits are the responsibility of the individual family affected, including hospitalization and accommodations.
Price and Rate Changes: The price of your tour will be based on known costs at the date the tour was introduced. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time. Prices include a cost for fuel and local taxes that are estimated at the date of this publication. At the time of booking confirmation, we will send you a detailed receipt reflecting your upcoming payment obligations and your account information.
We reserve the right to add a supplement to your travel prices should our costs of supplying your travel increase, until we receive your final payment. Any increase to your travel price will be as the result of changes in our costs of supplying your travel resulting from transportation charges, (fuel, airport charges, scheduled air fares and other transport charges which form part of our contract with the transport provider), dues or taxes payable locally, currency fluctuations and government action, any other airline surcharges, taxes or fees payable for services. If our costs to supply your travel increase, we reserve the right to increase the price of your travel and will forward a new Invoice reflecting any changes made. After final payment your price is locked in.
We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your travel is confirmed. We will advise you of any errors of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.
Occupancy Rates: Upon registration, minors (under age 21) are automatically registered and priced on the quad occupancy rate by default (minimum 4 per room). Adults (21 and older) are registered and priced at double occupancy by default, unless otherwise noted in their registration information. When appropriate, parents/guardians and children requesting to share a room MUST 1) approve the request with the group leader, and 2) choose the appropriate occupancy rate when registering for the tour. Integrity Tours makes all reasonable efforts to accommodate occupancy requests. Integrity Tours and our hotel partners prohibit minors (under age 21) from rooming alone.
Group Leaders: Group Leaders and group chaperones accompanying the trip are not employees of Integrity Tours. Integrity Tours and the Group Leader of the trip reserve the right to make additions and/or deletions to the trip that are advisable or necessary for the well-being of the group. These changes will be considered minor changes for which no refund will be available.
Conduct Rules: Each traveler is expected to act responsibly and adhere to behavior guidelines established by Integrity Tours, the Group Leader and their chaperones. Any disregard to the Group Leader and/or chaperones behavior guidelines, can result in the immediate return home of the offending participant. Any participant sent home for behavior or disciplinary issues will be sent at the sole, additional expense of the parent/guardian. Additionally, the parent/guardian shall hereby defend, indemnify, and hold Integrity Tours harmless against any and all third-party claims arising out of any conduct or omission in breach of these terms and conditions or that otherwise create liability for Integrity Tours.
Dietary Requirements: Integrity Tours and its representatives cannot be responsible for directly accommodating any food allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, and cannot be responsible for any issues or problems associated with the same. All scenarios and special dietary requests regarding food and drink, including allergies, or dietary requirements and restrictions, are the sole responsibility of the participant. While most meal establishments can offer general options, Integrity Tours cannot guarantee that options will be available. Please check with your account manager for specific restaurant information to make personal arrangements in advance, if needed.
Participants with Disabilities: Participants with disabilities are welcome and must always be accompanied by a paid traveling companion capable of providing all required assistance. Upon registration, participants with disabilities must notify Integrity Tours of their status and of the identity of their registered (non-discounted) paid travel companion who will be responsible for providing all necessary assistance during the tour.
While on Tour: Any film, audio/video or photographic likeness of participants while on tour may be edited and used by Integrity Tours in future marketing campaigns without any notification or compensation to the participant.
Trip Cost Protection Program (TCPP): For your protection and convenience, we offer our Trip Cost Protection Program. The TCPP offers cancellation for any reason – CFAR – including Acts of God and pandemics. The TCPP is not travel insurance. Due to the lengthy planning and payment period prior to the actual tour, the possibility of having to cancel can be high (examples: illness, death in the family, accidents, behavior violations, financial difficulties, employment relocations, and more). Our TCPP protects your investment from the moment you register until day of departure. Cancel up to the day of departure and receive a refund of monies paid, less the cost of the TCPP and the non-refundable deposit. Merchandise fees, handling and processing fees, and NSF fees are also non-refundable and are not subject to any TCPP refund. The TCPP will pay your travel expenses home in the event of a family emergency during the tour. If you choose to travel without adequate coverage, we will not be liable for any of your losses howsoever arising, for which trip protection plan coverage would otherwise have been available.
Cost of the TCPP: This program is an additional fee to the tour price and is only an option available upon initial registration. Online registrants will have the choice to pick the package that includes or does not include the TCPP. Participants mailing in their registrations can opt in or out of the TCPP when completing the registration form. Should you change your mind about participation in the TCPP after registration, you have 30 days from the date your registration is received by Integrity Tours to opt in or opt out before your decision becomes final. Based upon the price of your tour, the TCPP cost is calculated as follows: if the trip price is less than $500, the program fee is $99; if the trip price is between $500-$699, the program fee is $119; if the trip price is between $700-$1,099, the program fee is $159; if the trip price is between $1,100-$1,399, the program fee is $199; if the trip price is between $1,400-$1,699, the program fee is $229; if the trip price is between $1,700-$1,999, the program fee is $249; if the trip price is between $2,000-$2,299, the program fee is $279; if the trip price is $2,300-$2599, the program fee is $309; if the price is $2600 or above, the program fee is $349. The non-refundable deposit, merchandise fees, handling and processing fees, and NSF fees are non-refundable and are not subject to any TCPP refund.
